Latest News from Quattro Design Architects
Breaking news! Quattro’s design has been shortlisted for this international design competition to create a dramatic and inspirational UK landmark.
After passing the first round, and being chosen out of 134 entries, Dan, James & Zoe attended the prestigious shortlisting announcement in Westminster on Tuesday 7th February 2017. Following an interview by BBC Radio Gloucestershire and articles across the press this week, it’s really exciting to see how the competition is developing.
“The Wall” is the visionary project of former Leicester City FC Chaplain Richard Gamble, to design a structure using a million bricks, each representing a story of answered prayer. It is intended the winning entry will be built by the side of a motorway, similar to the Angel of the North.
Andy Tansill, Director at Quattro said: “We are delighted for the Team to have their work appreciated by the eminent judging panel. The design was created by a group of six, who came together from across the Practice and collaborated to emerge with an inspiring solution – Well Done”.
