Quattro joined the team delivering this project shortly after planning permission had been granted. Our challenge was to work with the contractor to deliver 80 over 55’s apartments for GreenSquare, of which 38 were for outright sale and 10 for shared ownership.
The site is tightly constrained by tree lined boundaries on two sides, a new estate road and a new cycle path.
In recognition of easy access to the town centre, the development provides ample space for the storage and recharging of mobility scooters and it is intended to supplement the parking court with an electric car hire scheme.
