Quattro teamed up with Kier Moss to bid for the £2.9M extension and refurbishment of Swindon Village Primary School, the first school to be tendered under the new Gloucestershire Contractor’s Framework; in the face of fierce  competition, we were delighted when Kier Moss were selected with the bid being based on 60% for quality 40% for cost.
