Congratulations to the Quattro Extracare team after picking up the Bristol Building Excellence 2013  award for the Bluebell Gardens Extracare scheme in Stockwood; winning the "Best Social or Affordable Housing Development" award category.  The scheme was developed for Housing 21 and incorporated 61 self-contained apartments for older people in a secure and supportive environment, with additional communal facilities such as a Café, Laundry and Lounge, together with staff and management facilities.  Quattro were joined by representatives from Housing 21 and Leadbitter to accept their awards, presented by Steve Pearce of Bristol City Council Building Control and Standards.
