Virtual Reality Development

Quattro has been exploring how we can utilise the existing and new consumer headsets to create virtual reality content. We are currently looking at the Occulus Rift headset to see how we can best use virtual reality as an educational, practical and creative tool we can use to engage with our clients, visitors and staff.

With an ever developing technology the evolution of what is now attainable in architectural visualisation can range from creating 360 degree static images through to the potential of being able to 'walk through' interiors and exteriors of the built environment. 2016 has now arguably become the year of consumer virtual reality.

Of course virtual reality is not for everyone. This is why we will be using it alongside our existing 3d Printing, B.I.M. modelling and C.G.I. imagery services and continue looking into how we can bring new unified content across multiple platforms.
