EXTRA CARE IN YATE

The turf cutting ceremony has taken place for Quattro's new 60 flat Extra Care scheme for Housing 21 located on Cambrian Drive, Yate. The ceremony was hosted by Leadbitter for Housing 21 and was attended by the Assistant Mayor of Yate, Housing 21, representatives of South Gloucestershire Council and school children from local primary schools. Cambrian Drive is not only an Extra Care, but also has a cafe, hairdressers and provides communal facilities for residents, as well as provides an EMI unit which will be run by South Gloucestershire Council. The scheme is to be completed in March 2011 ... A long way to go yet!
