Llanishen Extra Care is now complete with Leadbitter handing over a clear two months ahead of the original completion date. Chris Jones was given the royal tour by Leadbitter's top man on site, Barrie Cowan, seen in the photo of the double height dining space with the fancy drop down tube lamps. Attention should be drawn to the main entrance thermal chimney with auto louvres to upper section on each of the four sides. Louvres are linked in with the BMS system and depending on the wind direction the blades will open and close accordingly. Linc Cymru are extremely pleased with the building and have now decided to offer ten 2 bed flats for sale at £200K per flat.
