Maple Court Extra Care Housing
Housing 21 showcased this new building to prospective residents, Swindon Borough Council and interested parties from other Extra Care developers in August. Quattro and Leadbitter received many compliments for the design and execution of the building and the allocation of the 34 rental and 15 sale flats is going well. The themed garden courts that separate the residential wings are particularly delightful.
