Our Senior Associate, Jonathan White, had the pleasure of supporting higher education at Coventry University this week.
Along with other industry professionals, Jonathan, as a senior member of our Education Architects Team, presented to 3rd year Architecture students an ‘Introduction to BIM’. The comprehensive presentation covered a range of benefits and disadvantages of BIM implementation, its use in design stages, protocols and collaboration .
Having adopted (BIM) during its CAD infancy in the 80’s, Quattro has embraced its essence in a fully collaborative process, developing a BIM Maturity Level 2 and maintaining the discipline across all our sectors. This allows us to meet the UK Government’s requirements of the Digital Built Britain 2020 mandate. Our early adoption of BIM has led to substantial experience over the years; we’re proud to be able to share our expertise and help ensure the future of talented architects.
