Solution
Our Quattro Feasibility Team opened a direct dialogue between, the Planning Authorities, commercial valuation experts, contractors and the land owners to develop a Feasibility Plan that fully informed a financial model with a higer risk Highest and Best Use (HBU) and a lower risk Lowest and Best Use (LBU) allowing the Investment Fund Board to be comprehensively briefed about the maximum potential of the site, enabling the owner and the investor to enter into a profitable development opportunity.
In order to fully assess the potential of this develpment, our Visualisation Team worked the potential project up into development floor plates and architectural models to allow for a full pre-investment consultation with all stakeholders, along with a full planning statement.
