World Mental Health Day 2020
This year’s World Mental Health Day, on 10th October, comes at a time when our daily lives have changed considerably as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Quattro, we have trained mental health first aiders alongside physical ones. We recognise the reassurance this provides, and this year mental health is more important than ever.
It has been a tough one for us all. From lockdown, furlough, fear for our health to anxiety around the wellbeing of our loved ones. We have all found ourselves under pressure.
The past months have brought many challenges and at Quattro in such unprecedented times we are here to support our staff. This year’s World Mental Health day is a day for reflection on the key measures we already have in place for our staff and recognising how incredibly important this is now more than ever.
World Mental Health Day offers a chance to emphasise positive change to support mental health within the workplace, whether that’s at home or in the office.
