Quattro is absolutely thrilled to announce that our outstanding collaborative effort at Quercus Road, Tetbury has been awarded the title of Best Social Housing Project. This remarkable achievement was granted by the Building Control team of Cotswold District Council, who meticulously assessed over 600 exceptional projects to determine the ultimate winner. The project involved working closely with contractors E G Carter and the housing association Bromford.
At the heart of the project lies the design & construction of 30 brand new affordable homes, designed by Quattro, built by E G Carter, and managed by Bromford. The synergy between these three companies has yielded remarkable results, culminating in a project that exemplifies excellence in social housing.
With a pool of over 600 projects vying for recognition, securing this prestigious award speaks volumes about the caliber of the Quercus Road development.
