What is a Feasibility Study?

A Feasibility Study is critical at the inception of a project ; it informs the client or investors of the probable success and risks of a development, including financial analysis, development options, planning conditions and GDV (Gross Development Values) targets. During the Feasibility stage, development options can be investigated without the need for a client to fully invest or mobilise the full Design Team.

What do we do?

We put together dedicated, relevant and skilled Teams to deliver development options. Planners, Statutory Advisors, Investment Analysts, Policy Review Professionals and initial Design Team Members come together to inform plans and massing models to help a client to visualise the development potential presented by our Feasibility Study.

Quattro Design Architects also actively supports competitive tender bids by development partners to secure Market Bids or Closed Bids for development opportunities on plots, either vacant or with an occupied use.
