Amongst many inspirational and well received designs, Joyce was responsible for the sustainable design and delivery of Shire Hall‘s recent refurbishment. The resulting exemplar building is now a prestigious landmark in the city of Gloucester. This transformation of Gloucester County Council’s (GCC) headquarters has been recognised by multiple national and regional awards including Constructing Excellence National Awards: Integration and Collaborative Working Award 2020.
