Colm joined the Quattro team in 2002 becoming a fully qualified RIBAregistered Project Architect in 2007. Initially working across various sectors within the practice, Colm is now an integral and valued member of the Housing Team.
He takes the lead on some of the teams most complex projects from high density urban design to sensitive rural developments. His outstanding ability to design and manage projects from inception to completion is demonstrated in his hugely successful projects. In recognition of his high-quality work, he was made an Associate in May 2016 and Senior Associate in January 2022 and as of October 2024 was promoted to become one of the company’s Directors.
Colm is passionate about the historical built environment and has gained a wide range of planning and conservation experience working on numerous listed buildings and scheduled ancient monuments. Consequently, Colm is an invaluable asset on conservation, heritage and community projects.
To relax, Colm enjoys mountain biking, comics and movies about zombies, playing the guitar and playing golf… “to quite a good standard”!
